Final Cut Pro Podcast Editor

We are seeking an efficient editor to assist in producing a Catholic-based, solo-host podcast using Final Cut Pro. The podcast has video and graphic inserts. Responsibilities include balancing audio, adding video clips and graphics, ensuring smooth transitions, maintaining high audio quality, and delivering final exports and project files on time. We currently upload 2 episodes per week but may go to 3 - so reliability and timely turnaround are important. Because this is a Catholic podcast, we would especially welcome someone who understands and respects Catholic content and values. A practicing Catholic is preferred. Please include examples of your work, Final Cut Pro experience, typical turnaround time as this will be consistent weekly work so we need a reliable editor with excellent communication skills. ***HUGE PLUS if you have Youtube Thumbnail creation experience as well via Photoshop***
