Finalize Manufacturing Files (PCB + Enclosure) for Educational Device — Arduino-Based

I'm the founder of a small Colorado LLC building a handheld emotional regulation device for children (ages 4–12). The product is called the TICK Regulation Device. It's based on Arduino Nano, with a rotary encoder, 10 LEDs on shift registers, 10 buttons, and a DFPlayer Mini audio module. No RF, no high-speed signals, no compliance work at this stage. I already have a complete technical design document, a working KiCad schematic, finished Arduino firmware (tested logic, well-commented), and detailed enclosure specifications with cutout dimensions for every component. I need someone to take these existing materials and produce the final manufacturing files for a prototype run at PCBWay. Deliverables: PCB layout + Gerber files (RS-274X, ready to upload to PCBWay) Centroid / Pick-and-Place file (CSV) BOM spreadsheet in PCBWay's required format (.xlsx) with manufacturer part numbers STEP files (editable CAD source) AND STL files (3D print ready) for the main body shell and dial knob A short written summary (1–2 pages) of how to submit everything to PCBWay Timeline: 3–4 weeks from project start. Not in a rush — would rather have it done well than fast. I'll share the full design document, schematic, and firmware with shortlisted candidates only.
