Finalize a design and deliver in needed file format

Summary

Straightforward and easy. I'll provide you with an example of what I want (ie - I have the exact design that's 90% of what I want, just a few tweaks) and I just need a couple tweaks and then finalized in a file format for use elsewhere. Not extensive - we are taking an existing rectangle design and just making that look more like a bag of chips (i.e. - not rigid rectangle). I will give you an example of exactly how it can look and the base design. (Only reason I need help here is cause artist who got it 90% of the way there has fallen off). Thanks.
