Finance & Admin Assistant (Part-Time)

I am looking for a highly organised Finance & Admin Assistant to support my growing business. This is a long-term position starting with approximately 4 hours in the first week and then around 1 hour per week initially, with the opportunity for more hours as the business grows. Responsibilities: • Receive receipts, invoices and financial information via WhatsApp • Log and categorise business expenses • Maintain organised financial records • Track subscriptions and recurring payments • Create weekly finance summaries • Maintain a simple profit and loss tracker • Organise documents for tax and accounting purposes • Keep financial folders and records up to date • Follow up on missing information when required • Support general business administration Requirements: • Excellent attention to detail • Strong organisational skills • Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) • Good written English • Reliable and proactive • Comfortable working independently Bonus Skills: • Bookkeeping experience • Experience using Xero, QuickBooks or similar software • Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small businesses Rate: £6 per hour initially Potential for increased hours and responsibilities as the business grows.
