Finance - AI Agent Help

I am looking for someone to help me set up and train AI Agents for Finance / Accounting / Admin tasks. I am a CPA and work as a Controller + Consultant. I currently use Claude Max (Co-Work) for my work + Excel plug-in. Which is sufficient for most tasks. However, I am looking to learn how to train Claude Cowork or other tools that may be helpful. I need to train for several different uses: 1) Accounting Tax related (GAAP & CRA content only) 2) Finance (simple financial modelling, financial report preparation) 3) Admin tasks (simple, email writing, preparing memos) - I want this customized with my own writing style 4) Bookkeeping related help e.g., dropping invoices and AI putting the data into a report. 5) Bonus: if I can learn how to create simple apps e.g., storing data, keeping track of client data, e.g. internal CRM I am looking to learn the best way to do this e.g., set up folders, instructions for Claude. Also looking to understand if I need to purchase any equipment (AI dedicated computer) for app (CRM) creation. I am looking for someone simplify this whole process and come up with a plan and guide me through it instead of me having to research and do trial & error. Please share if you have done a similar project before and what were the results. Thanks
