Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Finance Assistant to support a UK business. Responsibilities include: Raising and processing invoices Accounts payable and receivable Bank and supplier reconciliations Matching payments to invoices Credit control and chasing overdue accounts Maintaining finance spreadsheets Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting Responding to customer and supplier queries You should have previous bookkeeping or finance experience, strong Excel skills, excellent written English and experience using SAGE 50 account, QuickBooks, Xero or similar accounting software.
