Finance Expert Needed for Excel Modeling & Deal Room Review

Looking for someone with a strong finance background to help review financial analyses, Excel models, and deal room materials. You should have professional experience either: At a financial firm, such as investment banking, private equity, asset management, transaction advisory, or consulting, or Performing finance-related work within a company, such as corporate finance, FP&A, strategy, M&A, or similar responsibilities University students are also welcome to apply if your coursework and academic experience closely match the skills below. Relevant university coursework or project experience may also qualify. Experience in the following areas is preferred: Financial modeling and analysis Valuation and DCF analysis LBO or transaction modeling Deal room / virtual data room review Financial due diligence Financial statement analysis M&A or investment analysis Strong Excel skills are highly preferred. The work will involve reviewing materials for accuracy, completeness, logic, assumptions, and overall quality.
