Finance Manager – Finance Operations (US-Based Only)

NOW HIRING: Finance Manager – Finance Operations (US-Based Only) GOATSWIN is looking for a detail-oriented and professional Collections Agent to join our Finance Team. This role is responsible for managing client payment follow-ups, failed payments, account documentation, dispute support, and financing coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, comfortable with financial conversations, and committed to maintaining accurate records while helping clients resolve outstanding balances. Schedule: 🗓 Monday – Saturday ⏰ US Eastern Time (EST) Hours (Schedule details will be provided during the interview process.) Position Requirements: ✅ Must be a US Citizen or currently based in the United States ✅ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) ✅ Experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, finance, or payment operations preferred ✅ Comfortable making outbound calls and handling payment conversations ✅ Strong attention to detail and documentation skills ✅ Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow structured processes ✅ Comfortable working with financial systems, payment platforms, and CRM tools Key Responsibilities: Payment Collection & Account Management Monitor failed payments and past-due accounts Conduct professional client outreach through approved company systems Follow up on outstanding balances and payment commitments Document all calls, emails, texts, and client responses Maintain accurate account records and payment histories Daily Collections Activities: Review failed payments and prioritize client follow-ups Complete required call, email, and text outreach Track promises to pay and scheduled payment dates Update account status daily Escalate unresolved accounts when necessary Dispute Support: Assist with payment dispute documentation Gather supporting records including agreements, payment history, communications, and account activity Maintain organized dispute files Ensure responses are completed within required timelines Financing Support: Assist clients with financing processes when applicable Coordinate credit-check appointments Support financing applications and documentation Track approvals, funding status, and payments received Financial Documentation: Maintain accurate records in the Finance Application Log all client interactions and outcomes Update payment trackers and internal reports Ensure every account has complete and current documentation What We’re Looking For ⭐ Professional and confident communicator ⭐ Comfortable discussing payments and financial obligations ⭐ Highly organized and detail-oriented ⭐ Strong follow-through and accountability ⭐ Able to follow structured processes consistently ⭐ Someone who takes ownership of resolving account issues Success in This Role Looks Like: Accurate and complete account documentation Consistent follow-up on outstanding balances Timely payment recovery Proper dispute support and resolution Complete compliance with finance processes This is a high-accountability role for someone who enjoys financial operations, problem-solving, and helping clients successfully resolve payment matters.
