Finance Manager

Finance Manager — Remote | Full-Time GOATSWIN is seeking a highly organized, proactive, results-driven, and high-vibration Finance Manager to oversee our Accounts Receivable, Collections, and member payment operations. This is a leadership role responsible for managing financial processes, improving collections performance, coaching team members, and ensuring an exceptional member experience. We’re looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, highly accountable, and confident leading difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and a positive, solutions-focused energy. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Collections Department. Oversee accounts receivable, payment plans, and delinquent accounts. Review client accounts and recommend appropriate payment solutions. Ensure accurate documentation and consistent follow-up on all member accounts. Handle escalated member concerns and resolve complex financial situations. Generate reports and provide updates to leadership. Improve financial processes, systems, and operational efficiency. Coach and hold team members accountable to high standards. Maintain high standards of accountability, communication, and customer service. Proactively identify issues and close loops without waiting to be asked. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Financial Operations. Previous management or team leadership experience is preferred. Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal. Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally and confidently. Experience with CRM systems, payment platforms, and Google Workspace. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
