Finance Manager

Finance Manager - Position ID: 116 Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Rate: $7–$8/hr Responsible for overseeing bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, cash flow, job costing, and financial reporting. The role also includes developing financial systems, improving workflows and internal controls, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. Requirements: Previous experience as a CFO, Finance Manager, Controller, or Senior Accountant Experience in construction or real estate finance preferred Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow management, job costing, payroll, collections, and financial reporting CPA or equivalent experience preferred Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and build scalable financial processes.
