Finance Operations Manager - Wholesale & Ecommerce Controller

We are a jewelry and accessories brand selling through Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and major retail partners including Nordstrom, Macys, Revolve, Anthropologie, and other national accounts. We are looking for a part-time Controller / Finance Operations Manager to oversee the financial operations of the business and create visibility across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, chargebacks, deductions, vendor payments, and cash flow. This is not a bookkeeping role and it is not a strategic CFO role. We need someone who understands wholesale, inventory-based businesses, retailer compliance, vendor management, and financial operations. What You’ll Own * Oversee Accounts Receivable and collections * Oversee Accounts Payable and vendor invoices * Manage retailer chargebacks and deductions * Review customer and vendor balances * Ensure financial data inside our ERP is accurate * Build and maintain weekly cash flow reporting * Create SOPs and improve financial processes * Work directly with the Founder to provide visibility into the financial health of the business Weekly Responsibilities * Review AR aging and collection status * Review AP aging and vendor balances * Monitor incoming and outgoing cash * Track retailer deductions and chargebacks * Review inventory and ERP financial accuracy * Prepare weekly payment recommendations * Provide a simple executive summary of cash position, receivables, payables, and financial risks Ideal Experience * Wholesale consumer products, fashion, accessories, beauty, or similar industries * Experience selling to major retailers * Strong understanding of chargebacks and deductions * Experience managing AP and AR functions * Inventory-based business experience * Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills * ERP experience (ApparelMagic is a plus) To Apply Please answer: 1.
