Finance Specialist with Accounting & Financial Strategy Expertise

Finance Analyst | Financial Reporting & Business Insights (Part-Time) Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support our growing business with financial reporting, KPI tracking, budgeting, and operational analysis. This role goes beyond bookkeeping—you'll help transform financial data into actionable insights that support business growth and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Monitor business performance, expenses, and profitability Support month-end reporting and financial reviews Improve reporting processes and identify automation opportunities Collaborate with leadership, accounting, and operations teams Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance Requirements 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Experience with financial reporting and dashboard creation Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Excellent analytical and communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Preferred Experience supporting small or growing businesses Knowledge of process automation and workflow optimization Experience with operational finance or strategic reporting Work Details Part-time Monday–Friday availability Some overlap with PST business hours preferred Application To confirm you've read the job post, include the word "Blue" at the beginning of your proposal.
