Finance control manager

Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end invoicing workflows, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, to keep transactions accurate and on time - Produce and maintain classic P&L reporting to provide clear visibility into monthly performance - Coordinate VAT handling, required filings, and monthly closings with external accountants and auditors - Maintain basic cashflow and liquidity visibility to support day-to-day financial readiness - Keep financial records organized and audit-ready through consistent bookkeeping processes Must-Haves - Proven ability to manage invoices across payables and receivables (AP/AR) - Ability to run and maintain standard P&L reporting - Experience coordinating with accountants and auditors on VAT, filings, and monthly closing processes - Ability to track and report basic cashflow and liquidity visibility - Comfort owning day-to-day numbers and bookkeeping operations (not strategic finance leadership) Nice To Haves - Experience supporting an eCommerce or DTC business environment - Familiarity with recurring monthly close routines and improving finance admin processes - Ability to create simple, clear finance summaries for non-finance stakeholders - Proactive mindset to spot issues in day-to-day financial operations before they escalate
