Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy 6. Proactive mindset — you don’t just report problems, you suggest solutions 7. Experience with accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) 8. Comfortable handling high transaction volumes without losing accuracy Key Deliverables (What Success Looks Like): 1. Clean, fully reconciled books at all times 2. Clear weekly and monthly financial reports that show how the business is performing 3. Visibility into profitability per property / portfolio segment 4. Actionable insights on how to reduce costs and improve margins 5. A structured financial system that scales as we grow Nice to Have: 1. Experience with U.S.-based property management accounting 2. Familiarity with trust accounts and owner statements 3. Experience building financial dashboards or reports from scratch Final Note: We’re not looking for someone to just input numbers.
