Financial Coach or Planner for Monthly Budgeting, Spending Review and Goal Plannin

I am looking for a financial coach, counselor or advice only planner to work with me on an ongoing basis. The focus is planning, spending discipline and accountability. This is not a tax role and not a portfolio management role. What I want to work on: Looking back at my past spending to see where my money has actually been going and where I have been overspending Setting monthly category budgets, including discretionary things like eating out, and then actually holding to them Building a monthly allocation plan: how much goes to savings, reserves, taxes and investments each month Defining a specific financial goal, then working out a realistic timeline to reach it based on my projected income and what I stick to each month Adjusting that timeline as things change so I always know where I stand How I want to work: I want to meet every two weeks, or monthly at a minimum. Between sessions I expect to be held to what I committed to. The accountability is a large part of what I am hiring for, not an afterthought. If your model is quarterly check ins, we are probably not a fit. Important: I am not looking for someone to pick investments or manage a portfolio, and I am not looking for tax preparation. I decide the amount I put toward investing myself. I do want someone fluent enough in investing to explain the tradeoffs of different account types and vehicles at a high level so my allocation decisions are informed. About me: I run my own business and my income fluctuates month to month. I am organized on the business side and want that same structure personally. Ideal background: Accredited Financial Counselor, CFP, or substantial hands on financial coaching experience Experience with business owners and clients with variable income Comfortable building a simple cash flow and projection model in a spreadsheet A clear communicator who will hold me to what I said I would do, kindly but firmly
