Financial Feasibility Analysis for a New Hospitality & Entertainment Business

Hi, I’m planning to start a hospitality and entertainment business in Kerala, India. The idea is still in the planning stage. I already have someone helping me with the construction and setup cost, so I mainly need help with the financial side and to understand whether the business can realistically be profitable. At this stage I don’t have accurate numbers for things like customer capacity, expected daily customers, pricing and staffing. I would like someone who can help me work out reasonable assumptions for these rather than just using numbers provided by me. I’m mainly looking to understand: * Expected monthly revenue and operating costs * Profit and profit margin * Break-even point * Cash flow * ROI and how long it could take to recover the initial investment * Low, realistic and high customer/revenue scenarios * How changes in customer numbers, pricing and costs would affect the profit I can explain the full business concept and share the construction/setup estimate and other information I already have. If you have worked on similar startup, hospitality, restaurant, café or entertainment business models before, please let me know.
