Prepare underwriting reports and acquisition summaries for investors. Maintain CRM databases and update lead statuses. Perform online market research to identify high-potential investment markets. Provide administrative support for acquisitions, dispositions, and transaction coordination. Assist with lead qualification and follow-up with property owners, agents, and wholesalers.
