Financial Modeling & KPI Dashboard Consultant We are a growing service-based business looking for an experienced FP&A / financial modeling consultant to build a simple financial management and reporting system in Google Sheets. The goal is to give us accurate, easy-to-understand information about business performance on a weekly and monthly basis. What We Need We are looking for someone to help build: * Weekly KPI dashboard * Revenue and expense tracking * Profitability and margin reporting * Unit economics * Labor and capacity/utilization tracking * 13-week cash flow forecast * Monthly P&L reporting * Budget vs. actual tracking * Growth and scenario forecasting * Clear assumptions and inputs The model should allow us to easily test scenarios such as adding staff, increasing volume, changing pricing, or changing operating costs. What We’re Looking For You should have strong experience with: * FP&A or financial analysis * Financial modeling * Google Sheets / Excel * KPI dashboards * Cash flow forecasting * Unit economics * Small business or startup financial reporting Experience with healthcare, professional services, staffing, or other labor-driven businesses is a plus but not required. Important We are not looking for a complicated financial model. We want something clean, practical, and easy to maintain internally. Another team member should be able to update the underlying data each week without needing advanced financial knowledge. The first phase will be building the model and dashboard. There may be an opportunity for ongoing monthly FP&A support afterward.
