Financial/Operational Manager

Looking for a Financial/Operational Manager Workload: full-time, remote Start: asap Duration: long-term About the Role (Fund Operations & Platform Associate) We are a venture capital fund investing in early-stage technology companies. As we close our third fund and grow the portfolio, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive Fund Operations & Platform Associate to own the operational layer of the firm and support our platform activities. You will work directly with the managing partners, serving as their right hand to ensure smooth operations and push new initiatives forward. A key part of this role is using AI tools to streamline processes and also manage deal flow CRM, and marketing. The role carries real ownership from day one. What You Will Own Proactively supporting the managing partners by staying on top of all fund operations. Able to quickly present the real-time state of the fund at any moment - where each deal is holding, which invoices are outstanding, the status of a compliance item, etc. Identifying areas for improvement and pushing new initiatives to make our fund operations and platform more efficient and impactful. Not waiting to be told what to do. Owning the operational layer of the firm across finance, fund administration, compliance, and vendor management. Managing invoices and reconciliations, preparing wires, coordinating with service providers, tracking deadlines. Involved in monthly bookkeeping, collecting receipts and bank statements, liaising with the accountant. Supporting fund raises by managing the entity setup and LP onboarding process. Identifying manual processes that can be automated using AI and implementing those solutions. Leveraging AI for document processing, data entry, reporting and more. Enhancing our deal flow process by tracking leads, managing our CRM, and using AI to identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities. Assisting with marketing activities such as updating our website, posting on LinkedIn, and creating promotional videos of our portfolio companies. Using AI tools for content creation. What We Are Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional services environment — a law firm, accounting firm, financial services company, or a fund Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and pushes projects forward without close management Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams Discreet and trustworthy — you will have access to highly sensitive fund and LP information Comfortable working with financial and legal documents Passion for using technology and AI to work smarter. Eagerness to learn and implement AI tools. Programming skills are a plus but not required. Ability to work with technical partners. Creative mindset for marketing and ability to learn video editing and web publishing skills. Languages: English, Hebrew (advantage) Nice to Have Prior experience at a venture capital or private equity fund Deep understanding of fund administration - capital calls, distributions, LP reporting Experience using AI, RPA or workflow automation in a prior operations or finance role Knowledge of CRM systems and deal flow management Background in marketing, content creation, or social media management ⚠️ Important: Candidates who attach a CV to their application will be prioritized.
