Seeking a professional to provide financial and US tax advice on renting and eventually selling personal home in Washington DC. while I travel extensively. Seek to optimize long term income streams and plan likely future home sale, including capital gains issues. As I semi-retire. Need understanding of US tax laws, but US citizenship not required. Unlikely but desirable: UK, Canada and worldwide - A second person, able to facilitate "Home Reversion with Lifetime Income" / "Retained Life Estate with Remainder Sale" would be highly desirable.
