Founding Team – Finance & Capital Strategy Help Build the Financial Engine Behind #One4All #One4All is an international non-profit organization founded in California in 2015 and currently establishing its European headquarters in Lecce, Italy. Our ambition is to launch the World Giro (World Tour) on September 21st, 2026 — the International Day of Peace — a 24-month international journey designed to unite 20 million donors around one simple mission: Building a better future for people and our planet. Before that journey begins, we must build its foundations. We are now recruiting members of our Founding Finance Team. Your Mission Your mission goes far beyond accounting or financial reporting. You will help design the financial architecture that will support the long-term development of #One4All. Working alongside the Founder and the other Founding Teams, you will contribute to: Capital strategy Financial planning Fundraising strategy Investment structure Financial modelling Long-term sustainability Strategic financial partnerships One of the team's major objectives will be to help prepare the financial foundations for the future development of the #One4All ecosystem. Where We Are Today We believe in complete transparency. #One4All is currently in its founding phase. Our European headquarters is being established in Lecce, while our parent organization is based in California, USA. The Crowdfunding Team is currently building the fundraising campaign that will become the foundation of the project. The Finance Team will progressively help transform that momentum into a long-term financial strategy capable of supporting #One4All's future growth. Our first collective milestone is to launch our fundraising campaign and reach our first $100,000. Who We're Looking For We're looking for professionals who know how to: Think strategically Build financial models Structure capital Understand fundraising and investment Analyse long-term opportunities Transform vision into sustainable financial strategy Experience in corporate finance, investment, venture capital, fundraising, financial modelling or strategic finance is highly valued. How We Work You will become part of an international organization built around several Founding Teams: Crowdfunding Sponsorship Media Social Media Public Relations Video Finance Each team is responsible for building one essential part of the #One4All ecosystem. Compensation We also want to be transparent about compensation. The first mission will be paid, within the limits of the resources currently available. Our objective is not simply to spend our budget, but to use it as intelligently as possible while building the strongest possible foundations. As the project grows and new funding is secured, the compensation model will progressively evolve. This first mission will also allow both sides to evaluate the collaboration before deciding who will continue building the project throughout the 24-month World Giro.
