Financial model build - Infrastructure-like, manufacturing precinct

Opportunity to support the development of a greenfield, engineered wood product manufacturing precinct in Australia. Technical feasibility work for the first of three major workstreams, has been completed, and we are now seeking an experienced financial modeller to build a robust, investor-grade financial model, that will be used to support capital raising discussions. This is a defined-scope engagement for an experienced financial modeller with a track record of building investor-grade models for infrastructure and/or manufacturing development projects. You will be working with a market-leading project team, with potential for this to convert to a longer-term, recurring opportunity for the right candidate. What's already been done Substantial technical and commercial groundwork, including: 1. CAPEX - capital cost estimates by build component 2. Operating model - facility throughput, staffing, operating assumptions 3. OPEX - operating cost estimates aligned to above 4. Revenue - Estimated TAM/SAM/SOM, current and future, by product line, pricing assumptions 5. An existing, multi-tab Excel model that could serve as the starting structure, where useful. Scope of work 1. Integrate / reconcile inputs into a fully linked, ideally, three statement model 2. Building out financing mechanics (e.g. debt sizing, DSCR, equity returns) 3. Developing investment return outputs (IRR, NPV, sensitivity/scenario analysis) 4. Supplementing key assumptions - e.g. inflators 5. Ensuring model meets investor-grade standards, noting that some of the inputs are expected to be refined further.
