Financial modelling

A client wants to open a new cardio medical center. I collected some data with clear instructions on which financial statements and ratios must be built. There is still some missing data that has not been provided by the client; however, the model should include the missing inputs or lines as suggested assumptions, to be clarified with the client later. The model MUST BE DYNAMIC. Changing even one number must update the entire model. The model must have three scenarios, so when choosing a scenario from the drop-down list, the model will display the updated measures accordingly. Formulas must be highly professional and accurate. Each suggested number must be briefly explained in comments.
