VA To Find Influencers on YouTube

We’re looking for a reliable Lead Researcher to join my agency on a long-term basis. Your main responsibility will be researching YouTube creators in the B2B sales, outbound, lead generation, AI automation, and agency-growth space and building a clean, accurate prospect list for our outreach campaigns. What you’ll do * Research 50 qualified YouTube creator leads per day, Monday–Friday * Identify creators who: * Create content around cold email, outbound, lead generation, or sales * Review or feature tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist, Apollo, Reply.io, etc. * Teach people how to start/scale lead generation or SMMA agencies * Talk about their B2B sales stack or LinkedIn/social selling * Record the information accurately in our provided spreadsheet/CRM * Verify that each lead matches our criteria before adding it Ideal candidate * Previous experience with lead generation, web research, influencer/creator research, or prospecting * Very good at finding relevant information online * Strong attention to detail * Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data * Able to consistently deliver 50 quality leads/day * Experience researching YouTube creators is a big plus This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
