Find Nationwide Judgment Enforcement Attorney (Flat Fee Project)

We are seeking someone experienced in legal research and attorney sourcing to find and negotiate with judgment enforcement attorneys/law firms nationwide. Goal: Find a law firm (NOT a collection agency) willing to collect on all of our judgments nationwide on a pure contingency basis with NO additional fees. Requirements: -Law firm only -Nationwide enforcement capability -Handles judgment collections/enforcement -Contingency only -NO additional fees whatsoever -No asset research fees -No filing fees billed to us -No legal/admin fees -No retainers -No domestication fees We must be completely hands off and we'll give them exclusive rights to all personal and business judgments (only a couple are personal) Firm must handle domestication/out-of-state enforcement internally or through their network Must be able to handle ongoing volume Current + Future Volume: Existing judgments already in place Projected ongoing portfolio of approximately $1.5M–$2M in judgments Current Judgment amounts $175K States: All over the US Compensation: Flat fee: $250 Job is NOT complete unless you secure verbal or written confirmation from a qualified law firm agreeing to the structure **Additional $500 bonus if you secure a qualified firm at 20% contingency Target contingency goal: 25% or lower This is an outcome-based project. Your responsibility is to find, vet, negotiate, and secure a qualified attorney/law firm willing to handle our nationwide judgments at 25% contingency or lower with no additional fees whatsoever. The project is only considered complete once the agreement is ready to sign. No updates, calls, handoffs, or introductions are needed until that point. This is a firm requirement.
