Find Public Email Addresses for Dutch Companies

I am looking for a freelancer who can enrich an Excel file containing approximately 10,000 Dutch companies. (im a bit clueless regarding the budget, but will be more clear after some communication. I prefer Quality over Cheap ). The file only contains: Company name City Dutch Chamber of Commerce number (KVK number) I only need the company's public email address. If available, you may also include the website, but the email address is the primary objective. The task is to: Identify duplicate companies where appropriate. Find a valid public email address for each company. Add the email address to the Excel file. Many companies are small local businesses, including restaurants, cafés, takeaways and other hospitality businesses. Some businesses may have outdated online information, and the email address may only be available on the company's website. Requirements: High accuracy. No guessed email addresses. If no reliable email address can be found, leave the field blank. Please provide: Your fixed price. Estimated turnaround time. A brief description of your experience with similar projects. Before awarding the full project, I would like a sample of 50 companies to verify the quality of the results. Thank you.
