Find Qualified Reverse Recruiting Leads ($50 Per Candidate)

We're seeking a resourceful freelancer to help identify up to five (5) professionals who are actively searching for a new job and may be interested in our reverse recruiting services. Our clients are typically mid-to-senior level professionals, with a strong focus on industries such as: Cybersecurity Information Technology Engineering Project & Program Management Executive Leadership Ideal candidates are actively looking for new opportunities and would benefit from a fully managed job search service. Your responsibilities: Find professionals actively seeking new employment (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.). Introduce our service or connect interested candidates with us. Provide qualified leads who are genuinely interested in learning more. Compensation: $50 USD for each qualified candidate who schedules an initial consultation and ultimately signs on with us. $20 per scheduled consultation + $30 per successful sign on. Maximum payout: $250 (5 confirmed candidates). Qualified Candidate Requirements: Actively seeking a new full-time position. Mid-to-senior level professional with several years of experience. Interested in receiving help with their job search. Located in the United States (preferred). Please include in your proposal: How you plan to find qualified candidates. We're looking for someone who values quality over quantity and can identify professionals who are genuinely likely to benefit from our reverse recruiting services. If this initial project goes well, there is potential for ongoing work and a long-term partnership.
