Need to perform an impact simulation of the green projectile against a rigid concrete wall using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The objective is to evaluate the structural response of the projectile during high-speed impact, including stress distribution, plastic deformation, strain, contact forces, energy absorption, and potential failure or damage. The simulation should define appropriate material models for both the projectile and the concrete wall, with the wall treated as either rigid or deformable depending on the analysis requirements. Proper contact interactions, boundary conditions, initial velocity, and meshing strategy should be implemented to ensure accurate results. The deliverables should include the simulation model, impact animations, contour plots (von Mises stress, equivalent plastic strain, displacement, and contact pressure), force-time and energy-time histories, along with a concise report summarizing the methodology, assumptions, results, and engineering conclusions. Experience with impact solvers such as ANSYS Autodyn, LS-DYNA, Abaqus/Explicit, or Altair Radioss is preferred.
