The role You’ll own and extend our production web platform and internal tooling. This is a hands-on build role: you’ll ship features directly, fix production issues, and turn business workflows (underwriting, outreach, lead intake, loan submission) into reliable software. You’ll work directly with the founder, so clear communication and self-direction matter as much as code. What you’ll work on • Maintain and extend the public sites (riversidepark.capital, riversideparkmortgage.com) including the instant term-sheet funnel and product/landing pages • Build and harden internal tools: operations portal, broker portal, underwriting components, and document/memo generation • Develop and maintain automation: outbound outreach agents, CRM sync, and email/SMS pipelines • Implement and maintain integrations (HubSpot, SendGrid, Office 365 SMTP, Twilio, ElevenLabs) • Own SEO/technical performance: SSR or pre-rendering, schema markup, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals/Lighthouse • Diagnose and resolve production incidents quickly (we’ve had React mount failures, DNS issues, etc.) Required • Strong React and Node.js/Express • PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, migrations) • REST API design and third-party API Strong plus • Server-side rendering / Next.js (for SEO) • Experience with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot especially) • LLM/AI integration (OpenAI/Anthropic APIs) for agents and document generation • Background in fintech, lending, real estate, or other regulated/financial environments • Familiarity with webhook architecture and queue/job processing You’ll thrive here if you • Move fast and take ownership without needing a project manager • Communicate clearly and flag tradeoffs and risks honestly • Can context-switch across a public site, internal tools, and automation in the same week • Treat security and data handling seriously (we handle borrower financial data)
