Fintech Graphic Designer (Dark UI / Cyberpunk Aesthetic)

Job Description: We are the creators of the LL App, a premium, high-ticket behavioral analytics and psychological tracking engine for retail traders. We are not a generic SaaS company, and we do not do soft, corporate marketing. Our brand is aggressive, elite, and built on a "Red Pill" survival narrative. We are looking for a ruthless, top-tier graphic designer who can operate at an extremely high level to produce scroll-stopping marketing assets, social media graphics, and ad creatives. See attachment for example designs we are looking for. If you need a week to design a static image, or if you require five rounds of revisions to understand a brief, do not apply. We move fast, and we expect perfection. The Aesthetic Your design style must perfectly match our established visual identity. You will be expected to create graphics featuring: Deep, cinematic dark modes with high-contrast neon glows (blood reds, toxic greens, and electric purples). Sleek, futuristic UI mockups including glassmorphism data panels, spread analytics, and floating dashboards. Aggressive typography featuring our 5-star header ("BUILT BY TOP ENGINEERS. POWERED BY ADVANCED AI.") and stark, commanding headlines. Complex visual metaphors, such as glowing candlestick charts, sharp equity drop-offs, and holographic neurological elements (e.g., floating brains mapping the "Revenge Sequence"). High-end CTA buttons built directly into the graphics with metallic or carbon-fiber textures. The Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following non-negotiable criteria: Speed: You must be able to handle tight deadlines of 24 to 48 hours per asset. Zero Delays: A deadline is a contract. Strong work ethic is mandatory; excuses are not tolerated. Minimal Revisions: You must possess extreme attention to detail. We will provide highly specific briefs. You must be able to execute them right the first time, balancing the layout perfectly without needing excessive hand-holding. Fintech/Trading Experience: You must have experience designing for fintech apps, trading platforms, or web3 projects. You need to know what a candlestick chart looks like and how to make financial data look incredibly premium. Software Mastery: Total proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
