Fintech Research on Loan Apps in the United Kingdom

What we are doing: We are studying how loan apps present and explain an offer for an additional loan to a customer who already has one running, where the offer appears, what it is called, and what people understand from it. In a short Zoom session, the participant opens the app on their own phone, shares their screen, and walks us through what they see while we listen. Important note: We are not assessing anyone's finances, credit standing, or decisions.
