Firmware & Hardware Design for a Digital Water Testing Device (Low-Cost MVP

I am looking for an experienced Mechatronics / Embedded Systems Engineer to develop a functional prototype for a smart digital modification to a standard pool test kit case.Technical Specifications & Scope: 1) Hardware: Use an ESP32-C3 SuperMini, two TCS34725 RGB color sensors (positioned at the bottom of the transparent tubes), and 6x micro RGB LEDs (SMD type preferred for a slim profile). 2) Firmware Requirement (Arduino/C++): Write code to read color values from the sensors detecting Phenol Red (pH) and OTO (Chlorine) chemical color shifts. 3) Smart Blinking & Indication Logic:The background LEDs must be placed behind the original printed numbers on the plastic kit. 3) Safe / Ideal Range: Trigger only ONE corresponding LED to blink at a SLOW, steady pulse (1-second intervals) in GREEN color.Danger / Limit Range: Trigger the corresponding LED to blink at a FAST, rapid pulse (200ms intervals) in RED color to alert the user. 4) Enclosure Advice: Provide input on creating simple internal plastic walls (baffles) to block light from bleeding into adjacent scale numbers.Deliverables: Fully commented Arduino/C++ source code, a simple wiring diagram, and a basic Bill of Materials (BOM) with US Amazon links.Note: A strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed digitally before sharing full project details.
