First Birthday Video Montage

Family Video Editor Required – Theo’s First Birthday Montage I’m looking for a talented video editor to create a heartfelt montage celebrating my son’s first year. Source Material * I will provide access to a shared Google Photos album containing videos and photos from his first year. * Please download all media directly from the shared album. Deliverable Please create a polished, emotional video approximately 5–7 minutes long. Style * Warm, cinematic and family-focused. * The video should remain in chronological order throughout, following Theo’s first year from birth through to his first birthday. As the video progresses, it should naturally show him growing and changing over time. * Select the best moments from longer videos (there is no need to use every second of every clip). * Include a mixture of video and photos. * Create a video that feels emotional, timeless and suitable for showing at a first birthday party. Audio * Background music: “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong (I will provide the track if required). * Please allow the music to flow naturally throughout the video. * Where there are particularly special moments (laughing, babbling, splashing, first reactions, etc.), briefly reduce the music volume so the original audio can be heard before smoothly returning to the music. Voiceover Sequence I have recorded a 52-second voice clip which should be included in the video. Please use this as the audio while overlaying footage and photos from my pregnancy. There should be no on-screen text during this section. The background music should be lowered or paused so the voice can be heard clearly. After the voiceover finishes, gently transition back into the main montage with the music continuing. Editing * Colour correct where appropriate. * Stabilise any shaky footage if possible. * Use tasteful, subtle transitions (nothing overly flashy). * Deliver the final video in high-quality 1080p (or 4K if appropriate).
