Summary

We're a performance-based digital marketing agency running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn for clients in SaaSand B2B lead gen verticals (real estate, legal, etc). We need an AI-first landing page strategist who builds and optimizes pages the modern way, using AI tools as the primary engine, not as a shortcut. We manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and need pages to match that pace. Expect to produce 4-6 variants per week, maintain 3-5 live tests at any given time, and turn around new iterations within 24-48 hours of test results coming in. If you're still building pages the traditional way 80% of the time, this isn't the right fit. We expect you to be living inside tools like Lovable, Framer AI, or similar, using AI to move fast, test faster, and iterate constantly. The manual work should be the exception, not the rule. The strategy still has to be sharp. Before anything gets built, you need to be able to assess a brand's strengths and weaknesses, map the competitive landscape, evaluate pricing and positioning, and determine exactly how to frame the offer to win. AI builds it. You direct it. What you'll own: - Competitive and positioning analysis before any page gets built - Directing AI tools to produce high-quality, conversion-optimized landing pages rapidly - Working in Unbounce for deployment and A/B testing, coordinating with our internal developer for setup - Making live CRO edits and iterating based on test data - Running tests in an agile way, launching fast, learning fast, improving continuously What we're looking for: - An AI-native builder who uses tools like Lovable, Framer, Bolt, or similar as their primary workflow - Strong CRO fundamentals, you understand why pages convert, not just how to make them look - good - Experience analyzing competitive positioning and translating that into landing page strategy - Familiarity with Unbounce for testing and deployment - Someone who moves fast, tests often, and treats every page as a starting point, not a finished product - MUST work on US time zone hours. This role is part-time to start with a clear path to expand as we scale. Long-term, this will be almost entirely AI-driven work with minimal manual production.
