I’m building a startup in an Asian country that will initially launch as a universal rewards and loyalty platform for young consumers. MVP Overview The MVP will allow users to: * Create an account. * Receive a digital membership card. * Earn points from participating merchants. * View all rewards in one app. * Redeem rewards. * View transaction history. * Receive offers and promotions. Merchants should be able to: * Register/login. * Scan or identify customers. * Award points. * Redeem points. * View customer activity. * Run basic reward campaigns. An admin dashboard should allow: * Merchant management. * User management. * Rewards and points management. * Campaign management. * Basic reporting and analytics. Technology Philosophy I am not looking for a traditional software agency that immediately recommends building everything from scratch.
