The weekly deliverable is 3 to 5 completed short-form videos per week for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Scope You will be editing raw fitness footage into polished short-form workout videos. These videos may include exercise demonstrations, coaching clips, mobility content, strength training content, and muscle-focused educational videos.
