Five9 Developer - API

We are looking for an experienced Five9 developer for a one-time integration project. The goal is to connect Five9 custom reports to our existing website so customers can securely log in and view their own: - Minutes usage - Call statistics / disposition - Call logs and details Project Scope The selected developer will: - Connect Five9 custom-report data to our website. - Build the required API or backend integration. - Map Five9 data to the correct customer accounts. - Ensure each customer can access only their own information. - Display minutes usage, call statistics, and call logs in the customer portal. - Set up automated data retrieval or scheduled synchronization. - Implement appropriate authentication, error handling, and security controls. - Test the integration and confirm that the website data matches Five9. - Provide documentation explaining the setup and how to maintain it. Required Experience - Proven experience with Five9 APIs and custom reports. - Experience connecting Five9 data to a website or web application. - Strong experience with API integrations, backend development, and databases. - Experience building secure customer-facing portals. - Understanding of customer-level data separation and access controls. - Ability to independently test and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies.
