Five9 Implementation Specialist Needed for Outbound Sales Call Center Setup

Summary

We are a startup outbound sales call center currently dialing in the home services / energy-efficiency space. We are moving away from CallTools and need help implementing Five9 properly so our team can dial efficiently, reduce spam risk, track performance, and scale. We currently have 4 people dialing, including myself, and we need someone who can move quickly. Scope of work: 1.) Five9 outbound campaign setup: Build outbound dialing campaigns Configure dialing rules Upload and organize lead lists Set up list recycling rules Configure dispositions and call outcomes Set up agent/user permissions Set up manager/admin access Create basic reporting dashboards get new numbers 2.) Compliance and spam-risk setup guidance ( optimized call strategy) Caller ID / number rotation best practices Numbers dont ring as SPAM! More connections STIR/SHAKEN awareness DNC workflow Internal opt-out process TCPA-safe dialing recommendations Abandoned call / drop-rate considerations Call recording setup if available Recommendations to reduce spam labeling 3.) Sales process configuration Our reps call homeowners and book appointments for home energy-efficiency / solar-related consultations. We need dispositions and workflows that match a setter-style sales floor, including: Not interested Call back Appointment set No answer Bad number DNC / opt out Follow-up needed Spanish speaker Renter / not homeowner Already has solar High bill / qualified Needs manager review 4.) Training and handoff Provide a simple SOP for admins and agents Show us how to upload lists, manage campaigns, review reports, and make basic changes ourselves Ideal candidate: Direct Five9 admin / implementation experience Experience with outbound sales teams Understands dialing compliance, DNC, spam-risk reduction, and caller ID reputation Can work fast and communicate clearly Bonus if you have experience with solar, home services, insurance, or lead-gen call centers Please include: Examples of Five9 systems you have implemented Whether you are Five9 certified or have direct Five9 admin experience Your estimated timeline Your fixed-price quote What you would need from us to begin We are looking to start ASAP.
