Fix AmneziaWG 2.0 VPN - Not Working

Summary

I have AmneziaWG 2.0 installed on a dedicated Ubuntu server hosted on Hetzner (Helsinki, Finland). The VPN works fine from other countries but does not work from Russia due to blocking of Hetzner's network. I need the VPN to work reliably from Russia. The developer should investigate and implement one or more of the following solutions: - VPN working and tested from a Russian IP (can use a Russian proxy/checker to verify) - Updated server-side config files - Updated `client.conf` for the AmneziaVPN app - Brief notes explaining what was changed and why
