Fix Bugs on Custom React/Node E-Commerce Site + Ongoing Maintenance

Full-Stack Developer (React/Node/Postgres) — Bug Fixes + Ongoing Maintenance for Custom E-Commerce Site (Full project scope attached as a PDF — please review before submitting a proposal.) We run an e-commerce business selling motorcycle parts on a custom-built storefront + admin platform (not Shopify / WooCommerce) - a single monorepo with a React frontend, Node/Express API, and Postgres database, currently hosted on Replit. We need someone to (1) fix a list of known bugs/usability issues, then (2) take over light ongoing maintenance. Phase 1 — Bug & Usability Fixes (fixed price) We'll share a list of known issues (broken flows, checkout/payment bugs, UI/mobile/accessibility problems). You review the list and quote a fix estimate before starting. Please quote per complexity tier rather than one lump sum: Minor (styling, single-component bugs): $___/issue Moderate (multi-component flow, broken form/filter): $___/issue Complex (checkout/payment logic, database, multi-service): $___/issue Include your hourly rate as well, in case anything needs deeper investigation. Phase 2 — Ongoing Maintenance (monthly retainer) Roughly 2–4 hours/month, right-sized for a single-instance app (not enterprise managed services): Weekly: uptime check, log skim, backup confirmation, one test checkout Monthly: dependency updates, Stripe/SendGrid/Clerk error review, SSL/DNS check, resource/billing review Quarterly: dependency audit, backup restore drill, light security review, integration health check Reactive: incident response, bug fixes, urgent patches Quote a monthly retainer or hourly rate. Tech Stack: React 19, TypeScript, Node.js 24, Express 5, PostgreSQL 16 (Drizzle ORM), Clerk, Stripe, SendGrid, Replit hosting. You'll receive: full GitHub repo access, HANDOFF.md deployment guide, .env.example, LICENSES.md, Dockerfile/docker-compose, admin user guide, staging access. Ideal candidate: strong full-stack (React/Node/Postgres), production Stripe experience, comfortable in an unfamiliar codebase using existing docs, clear written communicator, looking for a small reliable ongoing relationship (not just one-off work). Replit experience a plus, not required. Budget: Phase 1 fixed price (quoted against our issue list); Phase 2 monthly retainer or hourly. 60-day trial before committing longer-term. Proposals that don't answer both screening questions won't be considered.
