Fix an Existing PCB Design for me

Summary

I have a Raspberry PI based PCB in Easy EDA, After multiple efforts is not getting fixed. Its pretty Simple IOT Device. Some times RTC Dosent work, Sometime the PI goes into boot loop, DI dosent work It needs to be fixed permanently. looking for someone with experience who can fix the same for me. you need to edit the project in EASYEDA, he project needs to be JLCPCB compatible,
