Fix cumulative layout shift for desktop for my site. Google Page Speed Insights says i have a cumulative layout shift problem when people access my site from desktop (but not from mobile). I need someone to explain to me and fix it. Do NOT call the number on the website as that goes to the client, a lawyer, not to me, the webmaster. The people at that phone number will not understand what you are talking about and will NOT hire you.
