Fixed-Fee Recruiter Needed for 3–4 Remote Hires

We are looking for an independent recruiter to help fill 3–4 remote roles. We pay $700 per successful hire, released after the candidate starts and completes their first week. Roles may include: Executive Assistant / Operations Lead Lead gen / Outreach Assistant Website and Social Media Support We need a recruiter to find us sharp, reliable candidates with excellent English, strong follow-through, and good judgment. They might be from the Philippines, South Africa, LATAM, or similar remote hiring regions. You should be able to source, screen, administer short tests, reject weak candidates, deliver strong shortlists, and coordinate interviews.
