Summary

I am in the process of launching a new Irish consumer service business and am looking for a solicitor to carry out a legal review of my website documentation prior to launch. The documents include: - Privacy Policy Terms & Conditions Cookie Policy Other related website legal notices, Privacy etc The documents have already been drafted and refined, so I am not looking for them to be created from scratch. Rather, I am seeking an independent legal review to confirm that they are appropriate for an Irish business, comply with applicable Irish and EU legislation (including GDPR and consumer protection requirements), and to identify any amendments you would recommend before publication.
