We are seeking a boutique web agency or experienced senior team to redesign and rebuild our corporate website to modernize our positioning, integrate our proprietary discovery platform (Aneto™), elevate scientific credibility, strengthen commercial clarity, and support industrial partnership development. This project must be completed and launched by the end of August 2026. About Aviwell Aviwell operates at the intersection of life sciences and data sciences, leveraging AI/ML to identify mechanism-defined biological solutions for livestock and aquaculture. Our positioning is evolving to platform-driven, emphasizing mechanism-of-action (MoA) discovery, AI-enabled biological intelligence, and capital-efficient R&D acceleration. The new website must clearly communicate this evolution in a sophisticated, credible, and accessible way. Scope of Work The selected agency will be responsible for: 1. Strategy & UX – Refined sitemap, wireframes, clear CTA architecture, and a partner-focused user journey. 2. Visual Design – Science-forward, premium biotech aesthetic; clean and modern (not template-driven); clear explanation of our Discovery → Validation model; fully responsive design. 3. Development – CMS-based build, mobile optimization, SEO foundation, analytics integration, contact forms, and performance optimization. Timeline Project start: June 2026. Launch deadline: End of August 2026. Agencies must confirm feasibility within this timeline and identify key decision checkpoints required to stay on schedule. Engagement Structure This is a fixed-price, milestone-based engagement. We are seeking high-quality proposals aligned with the scope and timeline outlined below.
