Fixed-Price: 1-Month Exhaustive Mobile App QA Testing (India Agency/Team Preferred)

We are looking for an experienced QA testing team or agency based in India to conduct a 1-month exhaustive, high-intensity testing cycle for our mobile application (iOS & Android). Our total budget for this 1-month intensive phase is €1,500 (Fixed-Price). We need a team that can dedicatedly put in a high volume of testing hours during this month to ensure full coverage. What we provide: - Existing use cases and written test cases (approx. 80-90% complete). What we expect from you during this month: - Test Case Completion: Write the missing edge cases, test cases, and exception flows. - Exhaustive Execution: Run comprehensive functional, UI/UX, and regression testing using our test cases across multiple real Android and iOS devices (not just emulators). - Bug Reporting: Document and log all bugs clearly in our project management tool with steps to reproduce, logs, screenshots, and screen recordings. - Availability: Direct communication with our team for daily or bi-weekly syncs. Future Opportunity: After this first month of intensive testing, we want to transition into a "relaxed/maintenance" model. This means a long-term contract with a significantly reduced monthly hourly commitment to test only new updates and releases. Requirements: - Proven experience in mobile app testing (please share previous QA reports or portfolios). - Access to a diverse matrix of real iOS and Android devices (Samsung, Xiaomi, iPhone, etc.). - Excellent English communication skills. Please submit your proposal detailing: - How many testers will be assigned to our app during this month. - Estimated total hours your team can deliver for this €1,500 budget. - List of real devices available for testing. 4. ESTRUCTURA DE HITOS DE PAGO (MILESTONES) Hito 1 (Semana 1) - 300€: Casos de prueba de excepción redactados y smoke testing inicial. Hito 2 (Semana 2) - 400€: Ejecución de primera ronda exhaustiva y reporte masivo de bugs. Hito 3 (Semana 3) - 400€: Pruebas de regresión (comprobación de correcciones) y segunda ronda en matriz de dispositivos. Hito 4 (Semana 4) - 400€: Ciclo final de pruebas exploratorias libres y acuerdo de mantenimiento. PREGUNTAS DE ENTREVISTA Device Matrix: "Can you provide a specific list of the real iOS and Android devices your team will use to test our app? We want to avoid emulators as much as possible." Team & Hours Estimation: "For our €1,500 budget, how many dedicated QA engineers will work on our project, and exactly how many total testing hours will your team deliver during the month?" Bug Tracking Integration: "Which bug tracking tools are you most familiar with (Jira, Trello, Linear, Excel)? Can you share a sample or screenshot of a typical bug report written by your team?" Maintenance Phase Pricing: "Once this intensive month ends, what is your standard hourly rate or monthly retainer fee for a relaxed maintenance plan (approx. 10-30 hours/month)?"
