Flat Vector Mascot Refinement

I am looking for an experienced mascot and character-logo designer to refine an existing children’s entertainment mascot called Čiau Čiau. This is not a full redesign. The goal is to preserve the character’s recognisability while making the logo cleaner, more distinctive, modern and suitable for professional branding. Key character features blond spiky hair; black headband; clearly blue glasses; excited, slightly crazy-happy expression; one blue monster hand making a peace sign above the head. The peace-sign hand is an important identity element. It should look like a friendly monster hand with subtle claw tips and must not resemble rabbit ears. The project is for a head-only mascot logo, not a full-body character. Preferred direction clean, bold flat-vector style; strong shapes and controlled linework; compact, recognisable silhouette; limited but vibrant colour palette; playful, energetic and professional; minimal gradients and unnecessary details; clear at small sizes; original, not generic clip art or AI-generated artwork.
