Summary

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to create a detailed floor plan for a small residential basement ADU project. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design and drafting, with 3D rendering. Most importantly, have the ability to provide recommendations on the best layout to optimize the space. The project involves creating 2 versions of floor plans from a hand drawing. When responding, please provide floor plans project examples for small spaces of 600 sqft or less.
