Convert Architectural Plans into Clean Marketing Floor Plans

I have complete architectural plans for several luxury homes and need someone to recreate them as clean, simplified floor plans for our marketing brochures. This is not a design project. The floor plan already exists. I need the architectural plans accurately redrawn in the same clean, black-and-white style as the attached example. Requirements: Match the architectural plans exactly. Do not redesign or estimate room layouts. Include room names exactly as shown on the plans. Keep room dimensions. Remove construction notes, framing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other technical details. Deliver a high-quality PDF suitable for print. Ideal Candidate: Experience creating marketing floor plans from architectural drawings. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Portfolio of similar work preferred. I have multiple homes that will need this work, so I'm looking for someone I can continue working with if the first project goes well.
