Job Description: I am looking for a professional architect to design a floor plan for a residential villa on a land area of 740.96 m². PDF Requirements: Design the floor plan in strict compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), ensuring proper setbacks, space distribution, and ventilation. The plot is located on a 30m street, a 15m street, and a 3m pedestrian walkway. PDF The deliverable must be an AutoCAD (DWG) file of the floor plan only (no elevations or sections required). Please attach samples of your previous work (floor plans only) with your proposal. Is there anything else you would like to add, or are you ready to post this on the platform?
